About the Event
The Spicy Veg Trio is a jazz group that plays a varied range of jazz standards and original
compositions. The trio is comprised of young Hobart jazz musicians Tristan Meffre (Tenor
Sax), Elijah Davies (Guitar) and Seb Folvig (Bass). They have played together from a young
age and are all currently completing year 12 at Elizabeth College. All three members have
been past recipients of the Clarence Jazz Festival Scholarship and are involved in numerous
other ensembles and projects around Hobart. The trio was formed seeking to explore the
